Blunderbuss-in-residence opportunities exist to invite artists, activists, entrepreneurs, teachers, students, and digital nomads for a time and space in an unconventional, creative environment. Blunderbuss provides a time of reflection, research, presentation and/or production. We offer a variety of areas to suit your unique needs. Lease options are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the year on a 3-18 month term.

Versatile spaces and seating are available: shared spaces, dedicated desks, private studios, sound recording, and everything else you need including office supplies, printer, and copier.

All space rentals include access to The Clubhouse, which includes an art gallery, studios, co-working space, deluxe kitchen, podcast studio, fire pit, ultimate lounge, conference room, four-hole disc golf course, and a food forest. Your stay will be powered by the sun with our 38.5kw solar system.
